A pale yellow and hazy Ale with a lacing white head. Citrus and resin dwell both in aroma and taste, well supported by a rich body of malt. The somewhat bitter aftertaste is balanced by a pleasant sweetness.
Like Svaneke's brown, this one is more in an English style than what most of us on this side of the pond are used to getting. For the pale, that means more of a full, malty body, and a bit less brash hops than what we might expect. Lots of body, a bit sweet but not overly cloying. Good, very thick mouthful, though the head dissipates fairly quickly. Lingering malt on the tongue.
Best beer I have ever tasted
