Refreshing!
This was the first Mikeller Limbo I tried. I've since also tried the Yuzu one and like them both equally. This is a slightly sweet sour, very food friendly and does such a nice job of hitting the Riesling aromatics and sour beer notes that I don't miss the alcohol one bit!

Comparatively Speaking
You can see my reviews on the Mikkeller Gose and the Henry Tropical Sour: I like those two beers a little more than this one. Don't quote me on this but I believe the Riesling, Raspberry, Lime, Yuzu and Gose are all made with the same "base" sour (Henry And His Science) and are flavoured with juice/salt additions. We ordered 4 of each in the Riesling, Henry and Gose (all that were available from AFBev) and I've had a chance to try at least 2 of each. The Gose was the favourite, followed by the Henry, followed by this Riesling. This beer is sweeter, more "balanced" if you aren't into the very sour NA beers. While I still found it delicious with good body and carbonation, I didn't gravitate towards it like the Gose (which I think is the perfect Berliner Weiss-esque replacement for NA beer drinkers) Depending on your palate you might enjoy this slightly juiced up, sweeter take on the Mikkeller NA Sour.

A beer-wine medley made in heaven
Less pucker than your everyday sour, this refreshing, lighty, wine-influenced crusher hits all the right notes. Sweet green grape and kiwi flavours from the riesling lees contribute most of the character, which is brought home by a delicate effervescence. Made a great accompaniment to my Thanksgiving dinner.

Praise the grapes!
This one rivals the Limbo Raspberry. It may not be as sour, but the complexity of the yeast is there. It melds well with the white grapes. Get some if you're a fan of the Limbo Series!

Great Sour
With many of the 'sour' beer that is out there in both the alcohol and non-alcohol realms they are one dimensional kettle sours with fruit puree - Milkkellar, as with all their brewing, kicks our a great beer with great complexity balanced with good body that betters the sour world. Well done!
