Let us tell you the story of Mikkeller Henry and His Science.
Henry put on his science gloves and came up with his own yeast culture. It was perfect. Just right for this microbiologically flavoured ale.

Origin: Denmark (Brewed in Belgium)
This has been one of my favourites. Flavourful, lightly tart and fruity character (lychee, pineapple) despite no fruit added. None of those odd flavours that some NA beers have - just tastes like an excellent, lightly soured ale! Nice medium body as well.
Probably one of my favourites. Subtly sour and complex
Unlike the Limbo series, this one is bare, giving you a really good sense of all that's going on with the grains and Mikkeller's very special yeast. Sour, funky, earthy, complex. Refreshing, and while a bit unusual aroma and flavour on first opening, it's also very compelling and surprisingly quaffable. If you like sours (I was a lambic fan) you owe it to yourself to give this one a try. Another winner from Mikkeller.
