Hoppy fresh delicious

Brewdog makes great beer. And this is no exception. An easy drinking pale ale with complex hops and crisp citrusy bitter finish.

Malt bomb?

This was their first NA brew and in true Brew Dog fashion it was more style than substance. It is an amber, malty, sweet, light mouthfeel... not all that great on its own. However, it is pretty decent turned into a malty radler with grapefruit juice, which is how I salvaged my four pack from a one way trip to the sink. I'm sure other concoctions would also be worth trying. I'm checking "do not recommend" but with the caveat that I'm more of an IPA guy and this was not that.

Excellent beer, AF or not.

This beer was a treat. It's the first alcohol-free beer I've had that still captured the genuine beer-drinking experience that I enjoy. The use of rye in the mash really rounds out the mouthfeel, giving a little extra boost of body that's lacking in so many AF options. Cheers, Brewdog!

A lo-cal brew with lots of 'crunch'

Compared with a lot of na's (especially lower cal options) this one packs a lot of malt flavour, balanced by a good amount of hops. The bite is there from initial taste through to a lingering bitterness on the palate. This is probably the most flavourful of the BrewDog nas. The one thing off for me, though, is that it also has the least body - which to me feels a little strange or off balance. It's almost like the malt confuses my mouth into expecting more body. Still a very good brew, especially if you miss a good malty backbone coupled with an IPA-level of hoppiness.

Great finish

A great example of NA beer that is full of flavour. Has a bitter finish to it that I find pleasant, though know will be too much for some people. But then I like an IPA.
