Shipping, Local Delivery & Pickup
Where are you located?
We are based in Vancouver, BC.
Where do you ship to?
We ship all across Canada as well as to the United States.
How often do you ship?
We do our best to get all orders into the couriers' hands within 2-3 business days of your order. If we expect a delay, we'll be in touch to let you know.
Is there a shipping fee?
Beverages are heavy and expensive, and so can be challenging to ship. It would be unfair for the customer to pay the entire shipping cost, so we offer flat rates depending on your location to help absorb a portion of the cost.

Is pickup available?
Yes, pickup is available in Kitsilano in Vancouver, BC and is free of charge. The address is 2578 W 4th Avenue (4th and Trafalgar). We will reach out to coordinate a suitable day and time.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, we offer local delivery within Vancouver. There is a small fee for local delivery. If you are located outside the delivery zone but would like your package hand delivered rather than shipped, send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll do our best.
What about the United States?
We ship to the US using UPS. There are flat shipping rates on every shipment depending on location. Please refer to our shipping chart for your specific location. While we've not had any customs charges on US orders, it could happen, and is the responsibility of the buyer.
We do not ship to the following states: Alaska, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, and Nebraska. This is due to regulations and shipping limitations.
Do you ship in winter?
As with all non-alcoholic beverages, there is the possibility of freezing. Winter shipments in sub-zero areas will include either insulated wrapping, heat packs, or both (at no extra charge). We will check the weather forecast for your specific order and ship accordingly. While this greatly reduces the chances of freezing in transit, it is not a guarantee.
