From Norway's leading craft brewery comes this rich, hazy, and fruity IPA. Loads of Cascade, Vic Secret and Citra hops have been added late in brewing and then again in dry hopping giving it a great mouthfeel. Truly delicious.
Sweet Euro Style
I'd be interested to see how they make this beer. Really reminded me of a lot of bready Belgian and UK style beers, but with a pronounced rye malt sweetness. I think if this was loaded with more hops it would be a really cool beer. The hops are there, but there's a lot of malt. Not my cup of tea, personally, but the body is good. High-ish calorie NA beer.
very flavourful, one of my favourite
very good, reminiscent of Montreal
Tastes like a Boreale
Sweet like a soda. Not what I expected at all.
Milky without lactose
I was surprised with this. Not in a good way. Nogne is a brilliant brewer, and they threw everything they had at this. When I tried it I thought "why are they doing a milky IPA?" and looked at the label. But there was no milk (which you see in some AF beers, like Big Drop) and no lactose (which is a non fermentable milk sugar) so I guess the creaminess was from the oats? I am hoping that this means the milk stout is good, unlike this one. Drop the oats and find something else to round out the body.
